Gocha and Shorena came to the United States from Tbilisi, Georgia (Former USSR) and quickly entered the U.S. competitive dance scene, rocketing to the top and winning numerous major competitions with their uniquely powerful, sexy styling. Gaining the attention of Hollywood, they've showcased their talents on the big and small screen, including Val Kilmer and Sharon Stone's upcoming "Streets of Blood", Lifetime Television's "Inspector Mom," and they co-created and starred in Discovery Network's hit reality show "Ballroom Bootcamp." Recently, they opened on enormous brand new dance studio downtown Dallas.

Through their performances and their coaching, Gocha and Shorena have raised the bar for technical and artistic excellence in ballroom dance both in the U.S. and abroad. Shorena Gachechiladze is a NDCA World Class Adjudicator and National and International Judge. International Dance Champion and Judge with Dancing with the Stars Eastern Europe. She was also featured as a leading character in the Discovery Network, TLC Ballroom Boot Camp. Her impressive professional dancing career consist of U.S. representative to the World Championships, U.S. Representatives to Blackpool Dance Festival, U.S. Open to the World Rising Star Champion, Multiple Triple Crown Dance Championships champion, Manhattan dance sport champion, consecutive finalist for U.S National Latin Dance sport Champion. She is owner of GS Ballroom center of Dance. President to dance non-profit “Community in Motion,” who support mentoring and transforming communities through dance.

Gocha is a NDCA World Class Adjudicator and National and International Judge. International Ballroom Dance Champion and executive producer and head Judge with Dancing with the Stars in Eastern Europe. Gocha’s creative experience extends to television and production as the Co-creator and leading character in the Discovery Network, TLC Ballroom Boot Camp. Featured in prominent networks programs including FOX Prison Break, ABC LAX, and film Streets of Blood, and many more.

His impressive professional dancing career consists of U.S. representative to the World Championships, U.S. Representatives to Blackpool Dance Festival, U.S. Open to the World Rising Star Champion, Multiple Triple Crown Dance Championships champion, Manhattan dance sport champion, consecutive finalist for U.S National Latin Dance sport Champion. He is owner of GS Ballroom center of Dance and Vice President to dance non-profit “Community in Motion,” who support mentoring and transforming communities through dance.

In 1993, Gocha and Shorena entered the U.S. competitive dance scene. Once again they quickly became very successful, reaching the final rounds in the several national championships including the prestigious Ohio Star Ball and the United States Professional Latin Championships. THey won numerous professional Latin-American Style Dance Championships in many competitions including Southwestern Invitational, the Florida State Championship, the Hawaii Star Ball, the Emerald Ball, the USDS Open to the World Rising Star Championship, the Triple-Crown Championship, the Texas Challenge, and the Manhattan Dance Championships. In addition, they won the honor of representing the United States both at the World Professional Latin Dance Championships in South Africa and also the Open British (Blackpool) Dance Festival Invitational Professional Team Match.

In addition to their competitive careen, Gocha and Shorena have established teaching and coaching practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, developing and assisting a wide range of professional and amateur dance competitors from all over the U.S. with training, choreography, and costume design.
